Throughout my career, my sellers have achieved an average of 98% or more of their original list price, with homes spending less than eight days on the market before receiving an offer or multiple offers. I also hold the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®) and ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designations and am a Mobile Notary.
